19 new jobs before the trial was over

Chris closed 19 new jobs before his two-week free trial ended, and closed 18 of the first 20 leads we generated. His text to us a few days in: "Over the past 3-5 days I've now secured just about every estimate I've done. We're now booked 2 weeks solid and almost fully booked a 3rd week out too!"

The leads came from Facebook and Instagram ads with real video of the crew, shown to homeowners in Big Green's service area.

After the trial, the ads kept going. From March 2026 to November 5, 2026, Big Green's Facebook and Instagram ads brought in 394 leads. A campaign aimed at Cobourg added 68 of them, and a Port Hope test that didn't earn its place was switched off.

At one point Chris asked to bring the budget down because the crew couldn't keep up with the leads. That's the right problem to have, and it's why we set budgets around how much work a crew can take.

A website search engines couldn't read, rebuilt

We rebuilt Big Green's website in September 2026. Before, every address on the site returned the same document with no page content and no canonical tag, so search engines and AI answer engines could read almost nothing. After: 23 pages a search engine can tell apart, carrying 29,657 words of the company's own copy in the HTML.

Largest contentful paint on a phone went from 3.5 seconds to 2.4. Before launch we removed or rewrote 69 sentences that claimed things only the owner could confirm. More on this approach on our tree service website design page.

Every lead counted by where it came from

Since the rebuild, Big Green's average position in Google search went from about 34 to about 10, and its search impressions roughly doubled.

Big Green's site was the first we built first-visit lead tracking for: every quote request and call carries the channel that first brought the visitor, so search, the Google Business Profile and social are counted apart. That's the same tracking we now put on every site we build.
