What we do

We run Google Ads and Facebook and Instagram ads, do SEO with the map pack first, and build websites that load fast on a phone and put the number where a worried homeowner can tap it. Together that is lead generation for tree companies, measured to the job.

How we work

We count leads properly. Google's own conversion tracking misses calls and forms, so we count the real ones and our reports say which figures came from the platform and which were corrected by hand.

We compare Google and Facebook honestly. They do different jobs, and a slow month means different things on each: on Google it can genuinely be the season, on Facebook it means something stopped working and that is ours to fix.

Every budget and campaign change is logged and read back against the platform before we report it as done, because both major ad platforms will accept a change and then not apply it.

We do not put claims on a client's website that the owner has not confirmed.

Why we built a CRM

Marketing can only be judged on booked jobs if someone follows each enquiry from the first contact to the invoice. Most tree companies do that in a notebook, a general CRM or not at all. So we built Arb Astra, a CRM made only for tree service companies, which records where each lead came from, how long it waited for a call, and whether it became work.

The two are separate. You can work with Ads Astra Labs without using Arb Astra, and use Arb Astra without our marketing.
