Do I need a permit?
Hamilton’s Tree Protection By-law covers some private trees; Haldimand County’s rules differ. Check with your municipality first.
How long does clearing take?
A few trees: a day. Dense lots: several. You’ll get a timeline with the quote.
What happens to the debris?
Chipped and hauled, or left as mulch. Logs can stay for firewood.
